Thought it would be fun to post it, and hopefully read others… so if you read this, I’d love to see a weekly menu (or just a day or 2).

Since joining a CSA, we are really expanding our recipe base, and I am really enjoying it! It does take a lot of time though.
And speaking of food, Paul and I found a couple of Ranches we are looking into for beef. We have talked often about purchasing grass-fed, organic beef in bulk, but I had no idea where to start looking. Anyway, a friend of mine suggested a great website, http://www.eatwild.com/, that lists local suppliers :). Now I guess we need to get a separate freezer for all 88 pounds of beef.
